Liberty Legal Nurse Consulting is  based  in  Norfolk, VA. Founded by a US Navy Veteran and licensed Registered Nurse Andrea  Monzon.  As an RN with a strong working  knowledge of policies involving  medications, procedures and standards of care. We specialize in emergency medicine, adult and pediatric critical  care.
